- Request additional information where necessary.
- Remove or disable access to material where appropriate.
- Notify the party associated with the affected material where applicable.

A notice may be incomplete if it does not provide sufficient information to:
- Identify the copyrighted work
- Locate the disputed material
- Contact the claimant
- Confirm the claimant's authority
- Evaluate the complaint
Where appropriate, we may request additional information before taking action.
9. Removal or Disabling of Material
If we determine that action is appropriate after receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may:

- Suspend publication of the affected content
- Take other reasonable action
Where appropriate, we may notify the person or entity responsible for the affected content.
10. Counter-Notification

- The person who submitted the original infringement notice; or
- An authorized agent of that person.
12. Counter-Notification Review
After receiving a complete counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the party who submitted the original copyright complaint as required or permitted by applicable law.
Where the applicable statutory process applies, removed material may be restored after the required waiting period unless the original complaining party informs us that appropriate court action has been filed seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
13. Restoration of Material
Where applicable under the statutory process, material subject to a valid counter-notification may generally be restored within the legally prescribed period if we do not receive notice that the copyright claimant has filed an appropriate court action.
Restoration is not automatic in every circumstance.
We may also consider:
- Applicable legal obligations
- Court orders

- Exact URL where the disputed material appears
- Evidence showing ownership or authorization
Short phrases, common expressions, facts, and other material may not always qualify for copyright protection.
The existence of similar language alone does not necessarily establish copyright infringement.
17. Copyright Registration Information
Copyright registration is not required in every circumstance to submit a complaint.
However, if the copyrighted work has been registered, please provide:
- Registration number
- Copyright owner name

Some content on geadwr.com may be obtained from:

We may request or review applicable licensing or authorization information when responding to a claim.
19. Copyright Exceptions and Limitations
Certain uses of copyrighted works may be lawful under applicable copyright exceptions or limitations.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include legally recognized doctrines such as fair use.
A copyright notice should take relevant lawful uses into account before alleging infringement.
20. False or Misleading Copyright Claims
Copyright notices and counter-notifications must be submitted truthfully and in good faith.
Knowingly and materially misrepresenting that:

- Material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification
may expose the person making the misrepresentation to liability under applicable law.
Do not submit fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly unsupported copyright complaints.
21. Abuse of the Copyright Reporting Process
The copyright reporting process must not be used to:
- Harass another person
- Suppress lawful competition

- Copyright ownership
- Validity
- Infringement
- Fair use
- Damages
- Other legal rights
Courts and other competent authorities determine disputed legal rights where necessary.
28. No Waiver of Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy prevents a copyright owner, accused party, or other affected person from:
